Renting Requirements:
Requirements to rent from Mountain Ridge Property Management.
- No pets are permitted *
- MRPM properties are Non-Smoking *
- MRPM does not accept Section 8
- MRPM will not accept a criminal history consisting of any violence, crimes of a sexual nature or drug related activity.
* Unless accepted by individual owners
- Showings are by appointment only.
- A rental application may be obtained on our website or at the property.
- All applicants are required to fill out an application completely, paying the fee. Fees are to be paid in cash, or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted. Fees are Non-Refundable.
- All applicants 18 years and older must submit a photocopy of their driver's license, a completed rental application and all appplicable fees.
- All applicants are screened for the following:
- CREDIT REPORT
- RENTAL HISTORY
- INCOME VERIFICATION
- EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION
- CRIMINAL HISTORY REPORT
- SEX OFFENDER REPORT
No exceptions will be considered
All Showings are by Appointment Only
Income Requirement:
Income verifications must accompany your rental application.
- Proof of all income is required.
- Unemployment will not be considered as income.
- SSI or Social Security payments is counted as income.
- SSDI or Social Security Disability payments is counted as income.
- Child Support will not be counted as income.
- Credit reports must have a satisfactory rating.
- Legal judgements or liens are not accepted.
- Roommates must qualify individually.
