We purchased our first income property over 20 years ago. A short time later, we began taking on rental properties for several independent owners while also handling one-time rental options. From these simple beginnings Mountain Ridge Property Management was developed.
Through the years our initial hands-on approach continued, learning how to do many basic repairs. Today we maintain this personal hands-on approach in the property management aspect, but leave the maintenance to the professionals.
Operating a property management company is a diverse business and is quite rewarding. As we go forward we will continue developing tools to aid in more efficient management services, ensuring a profitable investment for the property owner.
